The Fault Logger concept was created by Julian Mummery in June 2008.
Fault Logger is a free online bug / defect / issue / fault logger (also known as a bugtracker). FaultLogger.com is constantly striving to create the ultimate online bug tracker system.
I originally created a piece of client / server software called 'Error Logger' which recorded Bugs / Errors / Faults. It was also used to track system 'Change Requests' and 'Putlive Requests'.
This was used by:
- The Bank of New York
- International Factors - a subsidiary of Lloyds / TSB Bank
- GMAC Commercial Finance (GMAC CF) - a subsidiary of GMAC Financial Services
I have taken this knowledge and I am implementing it in stages to the internet.
